THE TASKS:

  • The development and increase in sales through new customer business are your responsibility
  • Researching suitable tenders, coordinating and managing the tendering process are among your tasks
  • You bear a great deal of responsibility for the future-oriented orientation of our society
  • You pursue a strategic sales approach and maintain an extensive network of contacts
  • You identify potential customers and develop a solution offer in collaboration with the specialist departments and drive the process, from the preparation of the offer to the commissioning through to implementation
  • You will coordinate regularly with the management and our delivery agencies to plan and control an efficient and profit-oriented operational process

THE PROFILE:

  • Ideally, you have several years of experience in the B2B acquisition business, ideally with a connection to the delivery, publishing or logistics industries
  • You convince with a solution-oriented sales argument and are characterized by confident conversation, customer orientation and systematic sales work
  • You have the ability to formulate the customer’s needs and requirements in writing and verbally, check them for business logic and prepare them as a concept document for the specialist departments and decision-makers
  • You have strong initiative and communication skills
  • Enjoyment and curiosity about new topics are a given for you
  • You are fluent in spoken and written German, English is an advantage
