Your working day with us

  • As part of the team, you are responsible for the administrative support of the departments and help with day-to-day business if necessary
  • You take care of the classic office tasks such as being reachable by telephone and processing your email inbox
  • You will provide support with scheduling appointments, take care of reception and take care of the office organization

  • Confident use of common Office programs, especially Word and Excel
